COMPANY PROFILE

In 1970's PMC Mould Industries Sdn. Bhd. was established by Mr. Fong Siew Loon and quickly become a manufacturing tool room of excellent repute. As time progressed, the company began to produce high precision mould especially in automotive parts and consumer products. In late of 1980's, the company focus in manufacturing automotive parts and associated items for the Malaysia automotive industry e.g. Perusahaan Otomobil Nasional (PROTON). Together with the concerted effort of the managing director and technical manager, the company grows their business and become the leading company in Malaysia who able to produce this type of high speed injection mould in late 1990's.

OUR TEAM

PMC Mould Industries Sdn. Bhd. was established since 1970's. Our director and technical manager has over 30 years of experience in mould making especially in automotive parts, consumer products and etc. Our technical people are well train and qualify enough to handle any complicated design by introducing the latest technology that we have. Software implementation together with our precious experience leads us to archieve our customer needs from time to time.

DESIGN TOOL

By making use of our Unigraphics Cad-Cam facility, customers are invited to work in conjunction with our experienced design and modeling team so as to archieve total products design solutions.

In order to give our customers better visualization effects of the product design, a photo realistic image are created. Three-Dimensional (3D) model was presented by making use of our software capability as well as the detail dimensioning of the product.

In our machining process, all tool paths are generated in our Unigraphics Cad-Cam facility in order to optimize the machining process and reduce the manufacturing time. Simulation on the manufacturing process is being done to verify the tool paths before the numerical code was send to the CNC machine.
